made a 1 o'clock appt the week before for the seat belt recall inspection and oil change. arrived 12:45, didn't leave until 3:10, that was ridiculous. If you make an appointment they should not overbook. staff tried to be nice but the wait for everyone was way too long.

Absolutely amazing.. Never thought I could of gotten approved for a car by myself with no co signer and Jim Ellis made it possible. Thank you to Lawrence and the team.

Each time I have called, the service representative has said that the system is moving slow. If this is a requiring issue, then it might need to be addressed. Also, when I dropped my car off on Monday morning, I had to wait for 20 minutes just to be checked in for an oil change. And then I didn't get a call that my car was finished until around 11:30, when my appointment was at 7:30 am. That is way too long to wait for an oil change.

My experience was pleasant. The team had me in and out in a timely manner. They were knowlwdgable and demonstrated excellent customer service at every opportunity. I would highly recommend this service department.
