Good experience overall. A little on the pricey side for standard service, and surprisingly short opening hours on the weekend (it's very hard for me to get my car to service during the week).

Always a good experience here, from low pressure selling from knowledgeable sales people, to friendly greetings and discussions at the service department. Not sure why it seems to take 2 hours to get oil changed, even with an appointment, though.

I was told the service appointment would be at most one hour and 45 minutes. I was there over three hours with no explanation. Very unhappy because this isn't the first time it has happened.

AG Elder was great. Very friendly and professional. The parts took a little longer. But the company took care of the rental cost.
