Went for 60k couldn't find cost when I booked on website. $625 is way too much. Tech divided so I can keep tires coverage. Then told I needed front brakes which seems really early for brakes on car. Told I would be done at 1130. At 1230 went out to check. My car was sitting out ready to go / when I asked agent who was helping someone else he told me it was getting washed. I pointed it to him and he called for keys. Left frustrated at 1245

I called on several occasions but service deportment never answer. Left a message but didn't get a call back. I dropped off my car and got the service done anyways with a 2-3 hour wait.

AG was great True out the whole process My engine replacement was gonna take 2 months had a rental car AG help me understand the process. I'm glad my car was done way before the 2 months. 1 week. Wow.
