I made an appointment with the Jim Ellis dealership, to test drive a Genesis/Ultimate that I saw online. I was assigned to sales person Darrow Moore. Darrow was very courteous, and polite as he greeted me upon arriving at the dealership. Darrow had the car out front, and immediately took me for a test drive. Negotiations were fair and honest (even with the trade in) never pushy. Negotiations led to an excellent deal. Mr. Moore took the time to explain, and demonstrate every major option on the car (there were many). Best dealer experience I've ever had, never felt stressed. would highly recommend Jim Ellis Hyundai, especially sales person Darrow Moore.

For the most part service was good. My only complaint is the complimentary wash. I thought they were supposed to vacuum the floors. In the past they would, i have been coining for about 8 years. However, this time they clearly didn't vacuum my floor
