with an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, my wait time was still over 2 hours even though I was told it would be around an hour and a half. on my inspection sheet it says everything that was done....including checking the lights. I had forgotten to mention 2 of my bulbs were out on my front headlights...and later when i remembered to check, they were still burnt out. Makes me wonder what else they say they top off/check during a routine maintenance appt. if they're missing very easy things that should be handled.

My service technician Mr. Eddie King was by far the best technician I have had the privilege of working with me while repairing my vehicle. The staff at Jim Ellis Hyundai are both extremely professional and caring. I know when I get bad service through selfish people and that is not the case here. Mr. King took the time to thoroughly triage the problem and make sure my wait time was as pleasant as possible! Great staff and even better customer service!
