I liked the service guy I had, very pleasant. I was very disappointed to hear you no longer match competitor's coupons, as I have recently gotten some really good deals offered by your competitor in Stone Mountain. It's about equal distance for me to drive. I didn't get the little reminder sticker you usually place on the window for next service, which I really kind of like having.

Thru unfortunate circumstances, this is my THIRD Sonata Hybrid and I could not be happier. After a less than stellar experience with the 2nd car, I am THRILLED that the service seems to have bounced back and I'm as happy as I was with my first car.
