This past visit was the best yet. Normally, your service department tries to sell me things that I don't need. My car is a 2014 & was purchased new from your dealership. It is basically driven to work & for other routine errands. You have tried to take advantage of me on several occasions. I had to have a wheel replaced & only authorized certain charges. When I came to pick my car up other unauthorized services & charges had been added. I have also been told that I needed a special gel battery, brakes, & other things. I went elsewhere to have brakes put on my car & the mechanic took the current brakes off & held them by a new pad. He showed me that they were still good & didn't need replacing. I also have serious doubts about the $300 battery I purchased from you. From now on you will only be responsible for free oil changes. I don't trust you & while I don't know much about cars I will learn so that I am not prayed upon in the future. Your dealership could use more transparency like the other service centers I have used. I will also seek my next vehicle elsewhere & recommend everyone I know to do the same.

My experience at Jim Ellis Hyundai was better than I could have imagined. After having a terrible experience at a different dealership, we walked into the show room and were immediately greeted with a warm welcome. Julio Cruz listened to exactly what we were looking for and what we could afford. He talked us through all of our options, and truly cared about finding the perfect car for us.
