I had service on a Sonata that was purchased at Jim Ellis Hyundai. My husband and I have both owned Sonatas, but I traded mine on a Subaru. Yet, I brought my husband's vehicle in for service. The waiting area has gone downhill and there is hardly anyplace to sit and read or concentrate on work related items. Additionally, the service technicians are so packed in the area for check-in that you can hardly hear and it is difficult to carry on a conversation. The service technicians seem to prefer talking with one another or stay on the phone even when a customer arrives to check-in. I am not impressed.

There is never a time when I leave unhappy. Mike Ennis is the best, I hope you know what a great employee you have. As a widowed senior citizen, it is vitally important that I am able to trust that the people who I deal with are people I feel are trustworthy, that trust has never been betrayed at Jim Ellis Hyundai. Since I retired, money has been a bit tight and these expensive required mileage checkups up are difficult for me to fit into my budget. Being able to trust what I am told is very important to me.
