My experience was very good, but I cannot understand a wait time of 2-3 weeks for an appointment. What has happened?????

From the time I called at 8am, to the point I left I felt like no one wanted to help I have an airbag light on in my sonata 2011 limited and was scheduled for an appointment almost 2 weeks out. They also want 125 dollars just to look at it then I asked about a matinance on my vehicle basic oil and filter changes and she said to come after 1:30 because they were booked ,and so I did when I arrived the gentleman Eddie was my advisor and didn't know if he could get my service done so he went to the back asked someone for permission I guess came back and told me it would be a couple hrs which I agreed to, so I left and came back a few hrs later. After I pay he informs me I might need brake pads next visit and that's it. As I'm driving off I notice a check engine light is on and am told to make an appointment which will be weeks from today thanks for the awesome service!

I took my 2015 Sonata in for maintenance and the waiting area is still relaxing and customer friendly as always. The service is genuine and quick. Jim Ellis Hyundai Dealership makes you feel like a valuable part of their dealership. That is the place to purchase a vehicle from! I drive two hours for the service that they render.
