It was an overall great experience in the end. I thought the Business Manager handled my situation the best and wanted to really make sure that my payments worked for me. He was very helpful in explaining what my situation was and helped greatly to be sure I walked out with a new car. He is the reason I rated the experience higher. The salesman on the other hand I felt could have handled us a lot better. I was concerned with the wait time and the communication around why it took so long. It also took some time to be waited on. When we first walked in no one greeted us or welcomed us right away. Our sales guy had walked past us initially before I stepped forward and he recognized I was actually looking for a car. The financial part was great. I got the deal that I wanted and could work with. The salesmen could have been a little more communicative around why there was a delay in getting us information on the car. Thank you again for allowing me to purchase another Hyundai Sonata. It's one of my favorite cars that I have driven. I am glad I can stay with the Hyundai family.

I was greeted immediately upon arrival and ushered to the service desk where the friendly assistance continued. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. My Sante Fe was returned to me clean and vacuumed. Very pleasant experience.
