Every step of the way was a great, non pressured experience. I did my research and went in knowing what I wanted just to be safe. I was ready for a fight based on past experience with vehicle purchasing and happily never had to go to that level. Lou Hammersmith was awesome, very helpful, and extremely personable. Your staff was overbooked. It took 2.5 hours to get an oil change. I had an appointment. Micheal my service person tried. He comp my service. I was extremely unhappy because I live in Ellenwood. I came to your dealership on my day off. It took me an hour to get home. I wasn't going to say anything because Michael tried but your service department needs to get more staff before a holiday. I was told an oil change should have taken an 30 minutes at the max.
