Our experience , with the exception of the sales agent Lucian (Romania) was positive: he was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Howeer, we had to wait for nearly 30 minutes for a first sales clerk, until we asked for another sales agent. We were also told that there was no Sonata brochure to peruse in the dealership. There was only one Sonata color option available in the entire dealership. Furthermore, at the financing office, we were shocked by 2 things 1) credit cards are not accepted as form of payment 2) the interest rate was astronomically high despite my excellent credit score and despite being a loyal Sonata owner since 2012. Overall, we decided to purchase the car, because of its performance and value for money. However we were disappointed to hear that there was no way to address our color preference and the unexpectedly limited financing options

I was told that I would 6 free oil changes since i purchase a new car. I only received 1free and had to pay for the most recent one. I like bringing my car there and will continue to do so but with that being said as a goodwill I would like the next 4 oil changes at no charge. Thanks

Vehicle purchased was a used Genesis. The salesperson and finance manager were very helpful and professional. They were also laid back and flexible. I never felt that they were pushy or over the top. Great experience buying a car.
