Service provision was excellent with my 2012 Veracruz. First visit to your facility and only one I will bring my vehicle to for service and next purchase. I was treated as a person and not a $ sign! Special thanks to Mr. A.G. Elder, who provided quality customer care and education regarding my vehicle despite the fact that I was a female. Kudos!!!

Salesman Daryle Coffee was very thorough and helpful. When we bought our 2017 Elantra, the transaction took 4 1/2 hours...need to streamline that somehow.

One of the servicd consultants in the service department, Danon Henton, was very rude to me. He made me feel like I was making up the issues that are going on with my car. He also talked down to me and I did not appreciate it. I will find a different Hyundai dealership to service my car in the future.

The staff (Eddie King) was great. First of all, he pointed out that I didn't need the service recommended on the website because it had been provided during the previous service. Thank you! Then, after the routine oil change, he took time to explain the optimum time to consider additional service in the future. Nice job!
