I wanted to leave this blank.. 1- I was overwhelmed with the cost of the recommendations. Specifically with the request for an additional $125 to " be sure" that the recommendation is correct (struts/shocks ) but no way to know the appropriate price if the recommendation was right first. 2-car was to be driven, cold, over overnight to mechanic's home to feel the ride, but millage not moved. 3-the 125.00 is not applied to whatever service I may have agreed to have done afterward. 4-the " free check" was more helpfull than what I paid $125 for.

My overall experience was excellent. However, I do believe that it would have been appropriate to be very transparent with me regarding scuffs and chips to the paint on the car I purchased before I made the six hour drive down from Va. That said, all employees were very nice and helpful.
