Callie in the Service Dept. was great. The only surprise was the wait in line to finally be waited on and enter the car for service, long delay. Seemed like it could be streamlined and expedited. The parking in front of the Service Dept. is also not ideal, hardly any space to park, too congested...... But again, Callie was great and the actual service call matter seemed to be handled fine (oil change, tire rotation).

I went in for an oil change. As soon as I got into my car to pick it up, I turned on the ignition and the tire pressure light was on on my dash. I thought checking tire pressure was part of routine? Note: light was not on prior to going into the dealership.

The experience of buying a car can be sometimes overwhelming, but Mr. Moore made it easy! He didn't pressure me into a purchase, thoroughly answered my questions, and provided suggestions when needed. I am happy with my Hyundai Sonata and happy with my service at Jim Ellis Hyundai!
