During the week preceding my visit, and the week of, I called multiple times each day but couldn't get through. The call dropped, or went to voice mail, or just rang and rang and rang. When I finally got someone, the girl or an adviser, their answer was they were a very busy dealership!!!! WHY does that matter?!?! If you are busy, get more phone lines and more help. And teach the horrible staff to say I AM SORRY, not try to rationalize the bad behavior of management in letting this situation occur. When I mentioned it to the shuttle driver, his answer was the same! Where do you find this people? Is it that you don't choose good help or is it that you don't care and don't teach them how to behave?!?!?! I believe it is the latter because the answer and attitude was too consistent. If that wasn't bad enough, when I finally have my appointment, FOUR guys are sitting there doing nothing and won't help because your random appointment system assigned me to Mike Ennis and he was helping someone else! Why would I care if I use him or one of the other talking heads you have there? Just process me in and do your jobs. I'm finished coming here. I don't care if you are literally around the corner. I'm going to drive clear across town to find a place that values its customers.

One of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long time. Tai was very helpful, patient and most attentive to satisfying my car need. Also, very knowledgeable which encouraged me to make the right purchase. When I first arrived at the dealership, I felt like he was expecting me, as soon as I got out of my car and walked toward the entrance where he met me half way. He shook my hand, introduced himself and welcomed me to Hyundai. This was a very proactive move on his part and says a lot about his drive to provide excellent service from start to finish. I would also like to add that Sam was very helpful and thoughtful with financing my car loan at the best rate possible. He was also very knowledgeable about the maintenance products.
