I brought my wife's 2005 Tucson in last week for bad front end vibration. After spending more than $2,000 the problem is still there! Don't your mechanics check out the cars after they worked on them? If I have to leave this car overnight again, I expect to get a loner at no charge.

The service was great but the staff did not alert me well enough when my car was ready. I didn't not receive a phone call when my car was finished with repairs. Instead I received an email. The problem here is that I do not check my email everyday. I was sitting around waiting for a phone call which never came and in turn did not get to pick up my car until the next day. If Hyundai is going to send emails when cars are finished, I think a follow up phone call asking if you received an email would be helpful.
