All went well - no surprises, treated with patience and everything explained. Service completed very fast. A nice experience. It would be nice if there was a quiet place to wait, too. As it is everything has "noise" going on. As I was reading - and other times, even if I'm working on my computer - the noise is unnecessary and distracting.
