Very thorough - I gave them my concerns and they checked everyone of them out completely. Fixed the ones needing fixing and explained the entire process to me. Car rode noticeably better after maintenance.

First, I want to say I have always had very good service at this dealership and in the Service Dept. Jim Ellis Hyundai obviously trains the Service Advisors very well. I depend on the SA knowledge and expertise. Danon Henton, was good at communicating with me on what work needed to be done and what it would cost. Another service advisor I want to mention is, Bruce Vernon. Bruce has been very helpful many times when I brought my car in for service. Also Eddie King was very helpful once when I had service work done to my car! The only thing I would like to mention; on the check list showing the service that was provided: (example) a car wash was done and vacuumed, when it clearly wasn't, is the reason I rated this survey with a 9 instead of a ten. Thanks and have a great day!

Service rep told me information that did not make sense. Last visit I was told I would soon need a cabin and engine air filter. This visit I was told both were fine although neither had been replaced. Also was told tires need to be rotated due to uneven wear but I just had them rotated at the last visit. Lastly I was told I would need a new drive belt (was told this was not the same as a timing belt). I was told this attaches to my radiator fan. I do not believe I have a belt running my radiator fan.
