Everything was perfect. They did a beautiful job on my interior detailing and got almost all of the dirt spots off my upholstery. Danon is a great service advisor. Thanks Jim Ellis Hyundai.

I had problems with the online scheduling. First it froze, then it jumped around, but I finally made an appointment. I went back in to change the time for the appointment, but still on the same day. With the freezing of the calendar, and jumping around, at some point the day was changed to a week later which I didn't catch until I got to the dealership and they didn't have me on schedule. They worked me in and did it in a timely manner. Much appreciated! The rep who handled my chec in and out, also was very professional. He made sure they vacuumed the car, and he explained that they couldn't wash it because it requires special soap which they didn't have.

Lou and Sam were great. I came in to look and purchased based on experience and the car. I was having such a positive experience I forgot to ask for $1000 off
