Very difficult, rude exchange with the salesman trying to negotiate a price. This was followed by a finance rate that far exceeded what my bank offered, but I was under a deadline to purchase a vehicle (just totaled our car). The extended warranty salesperson never clearly stated how much the warranty would cost. After getting home and realizing I will pay $2500 for the warrant, I was in shock. Overall, a stressful experience feeling like a greatly overpaid. The only reconciling part of the experience was that the salesman replaced a damaged rear seat (had been cut with a knife by previous customer), then tried to make me feel like I should be lucky he did this for a used car. We love the car, but loathed the experience.

Danon Heaton was my service adviser, and he was incredibly helpful. I came in after having multiple bad customer service experiences at another Hyundai in the area. Danon took the time to ensure that I felt heard and understood. He also made sure to do his due diligence to find out what was actually wrong with my car. Initially the other Hyundai I visited said that a malfunctioning speed sensor was the cause of my speedometer not working. Danon determined that all of the speed sensors were functioning properly and the actual issue causing my speedometer to malfunction was the cluster itself. He said that the estimated repair cost for the issue would be around $1200.00. Knowing that I was a college student and seeing my reaction when he told me the cost estimate, Danon spent the next 2 hours working with Hyundai to try to have the company help offset the cost. Thanks to his efforts, I was able to afford the repair and can now safely drive my car and feel comfortable knowing what speed I am driving. Words cannot speak to how incredibly thankful I am for all that Mr. Heaton did. If it is in your hearts and your budget to do so, please give this gentleman a raise!
