I showed up late (no excuses on my part) and the service lead was welcoming and helpful. But, after taking my car around 8:30, it took almost two hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. While the service lead was apologetic, and he certainly wasn't responsible for managing service in the back, that's far too long to wait. I prepaid for oil changes and rotations when I purchased my car from your dealership, which I'm regretting now. I'd rather just go to a shop down the road from me and spend money for a 30-45 minute service, instead of driving 30-45 minutes out of my way and then sitting for another two hours to get service.

Your service people were nice, professional, didn't overcharge me and the work was done in the amount of time they said it would be done. Overall, very good. I may actually come back. Usually I try not to take my vehicle to the dealership because all of the positive things I pointed out in the beginning of this email are generally not true, or negative things at a dealership. So, Thank you for a positive experience.

Danon was great throughout the process. The staff was all helpful and very nice, but I cam in for two seemingly minor appointments and ended up sitting for 2+ hours each time. The second time I was told an hour and 45 minutes would be the maximum I would be there, which is about exactly how long I could stay to be on time to my next appointment. I didn't get my car back until two hours and 15 minutes later and it would have been longer if it hadn't been pulled before going through the wash. Had a much better experience here service-wise than another dealership I had gone to that told me I needed a $950 repair (turns out nothing was wrong).

2014 Santa Fe Sport I had an appointment for an oil change, all oil changes are offered free for the life of ownership at the time of purchase of the vehicle. Upon arrival I was informed of a recall notice inspection which I agreed should be done. I was also advised that the vehicle was due for a 15K service to which I also agreed after asking how long all of this work would take, and how much it would cost. I was advised it would probably be 2.5 hours. I had not planned to wait that long for my oil change but agreed to wait. After waiting 3.5 hours I was finally able to take possession of the car again. I was not pleased that so much of my day had been taken up by this service visit.
