I understood that this location can service Saab. I was directed to come here from Abra (Fayetteville) have my vehicle serviced due to a malfunction of a replacement light on passenger side front light module. Somehow the replacement light keeps malfunctioning. I was told a a batch is expected next week. This was my last encounter 2 months ago. Now, I am not getting any responses from service on a fix and I am driving with one head light for far too long. This is becoming a major issue and I have been patient long enough. I have provided recommendations that are feasible but still no response. #stilllookingforservice

Poor experience. The return of my car was delayed several times. When I finally got my car back the tire pressure was 33, 36 , 41 and 46. The correct tire pressure is 32-33psi

I have a stereo issue with my 2017 Maserati Ghible and Maserati of N. America doesn't even respond to my calls/emails. I have a case number and they state they will call me right of way and its over a month now with weakly emails and NOTHING. So far this is the worst service I have ever received. I'm at a loss and deciding what I need to do. The stereo is not acceptable for a $75K car and I'm seriously thinking of trading the car in and going back to German. At least the service was spectacular.

The assistant manager was extremely rude and I was charged more than expected. I asked him to reach out to Brent (from Jim Ellis Collision) to see if there were any alternatives to the work that I needed. I am have been a loyal member of the Jim Ellis family for 5 years (I had a Porsche Panamera prior to the Maserati) and have never been so offended. I have referred several people in the Atlanta area to Jim Ellis dealerships (specifics include a cousin buying an Audi and an employee purchasing a Porsche) this year. Who can remedy my dissatisfaction?

I bought my Saab 9-3 from Jim Ellis 7 years ago and it has been a great car. I had a major expense a few months ago and just brought it back for a minor repair last week. Customer service has been professional and accommodating. Trey has always taken good care of me.

Awesome experience. Great communication and timely replies. The Maserati Levante is an awesome driving machine and the sales agent (Danielle) had very detailed product knowledge.
