I was left standing in service bay for several minutes without being greeted or car checked in.When car was returned from wash it had a lot of soap streaks in it .I had to ask service advisor to look at it and have it rewashed.

I've sold cars in my previous career for about 15years. I will have to say that I was blown away by the outstanding way that Rouls and the rest of the sales team took care of me.
