My husband brought his 2013 Passat sedan in for an oil change and for airbag service. Three weeks ago when he was there Chad told him he needed to have his catalytic converter changed out and would order the part. We had yet to hear from Chad but when my husband went to pick the car up after his oil change and Airbag Service, the catalytic converter had been changed out. No one called to get that repair authorized and Chad did not let us know the part that even come in. We were questioning whether or not the catalytic converter even needed to be changed out or if it was an issue with the gas cap. It had been my husband's intention to speak to Chad about the gas cap and decide if the catalytic converter truly needed to be changed out when he came to pick the car up. The lack of communication from the service department and its employees has led my husband and I to decide not to use your facility to service our vehicle any point in the future.
