The service staff and scheduling were very helpful and polite. The repair was made in a timely fashion, however the technician placed his laptop against my steering wheel while working. In the process, the "VW" emblem on the airbag was dented and damaged. Now I have an ugly reminder of my experience at Jim Ellis every time I enter the car. I go to great lengths to keep my VW in pristine condition, and expect service technicians to give it the same respect.

The customer service is very good. I also enjoy the added outside car wash. Although, I wish they would clean all the floor mats, and not just the driver mat.

I had to bring my car in for service and I was very impressed! From calling to make an appointment to picking up after service, everyone I interacted with was friendly and very responsive. John Huber took great care of me - did a fantastic job explaining the issues and resolutions. I will definitely be back!!!
