Dealing with any company is only as good as the representative who you deal with. I was fortunate to have the privilege of dealing with Alex Tsankov. I feel you are lucky (blessed) to have this gentleman working for you. I have been wanting a GTi Autobahn for over a year and Alex helped me come to the decision to buy what I wanted, which is the job of any salesman, to help a customer reach a decision that they want to make. I looked at the Jetta and a couple of GTi Sport models and I am SO glad that I bought the Autobahn... I absolutely love it. The cleanup crew left a few things undone but they were easy fixes. I also am happy to do business with a company run on Christian principles. Again, I can't say enough good about Alex, it was like dealing with a friend.

I can't believe I had my oil changed and it was overdue and I was not informed my brake pads were completely worn out. I just spent my money close to my house in Woodstock because my brakes, or rather the lack thereof, started making noise. All rotors had to be replaced! Couldn't have VW inspected my brakes and fluids while there? I also had my back passenger exterior door handle replaced for the 2nd time! Can't believe you overlooked an opportunity to sell me brakes. Sincerely, Pamela Petersen
