Very professional and knowledgable about parts needed. Very helpful with stock and aftermarket parts that can be placed on car without voiding warranty. Very fast and through work from service mechanics.

I had a rather bad experience during this visit. I had really built up your dealership, but after this experience I'm having second thoughts. I have a 2015 touareg and the light in the passenger door fell out. I was accused of kicking it out and was going to be charged for replacement. I was so upset and this really changed my view of your dealership. I've never been treated like this before and do not appreciate it.

Service made every effort possible to resolve the problem with our car. Kept me informed and had me take a test drive with the shop foreman.

After my experiences with Honda, Nissan and Ford dealerships I can honestly say that Volkswagen Jim Ellis is the best dealership ever and I can recommend to everybody. Service is wonderful and stuff is friendly and helpful.

Great staff really helpful. One small incident they forgot to reset the service indicator. I almost didn't mention that because it's a small thing and the work was great but it did happen.
