I purchases a 2011 Rav4 and had nothing but a bad experience. First the sales associate I was speaking to on the phone had no follow up with me or my bank at all. She said she would send the bank the info requested and I had to follow up with her after my bank never recived the info requested. Then before she would send it I had to speak the the finance manager who could not come close to the same apr as my bank. After getting evwything setteled and plannin to come Friday (which they said was alright) I got a call back from a different person who said it had to be the next day since it was the end of the month. I live over 2 1/2 hours away which made this extreamly difficult. My husband and I had to take off work early so we could make it down there in time. We were told by two different people that it would take less than 30 minutes since we were not financing through the dealership. I made sure and to ask several times since my husband had to be up at 4am the next day and my daughter had school. Almost two hours later we were out causing my daughter to miss school the next day and us not to return home until after 10:30pm.

Cem Baydemir was a great salesman and I would purchase a car from him again.
