My Passat needed servicing and needed to be towed to the dealership. After a week of back and forth with Heritage Volkswagen I gave up and contacted Jim Ellis. Tate called me back within minutes and gave me the information I needed to get it towed in. Tate was great he kept me updated on what was going on with my car and made the unfortunate cost of repair more palatable with his friendliness, customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile. He gave a level of customer service I've never seen at another dealership and won me over as a customer.

Demarkus was very patient and ensured that not only our tire replacement was completed, but he he was able to let me know I had wheel covers not locks on my tires.

The oil was changed and it looks like the rest of the 10K mile service was performed. I was told that a complimentary car wash and vacuum was included but the car was not cleaned. Nobody offered any explanation of the services or acknowledged that they'd even checked for a rattle in the head liner that I mentioned (it's still there). The service area looks very clean and professional but I'd hoped to get better feedback from the staff about the service.

Everyone that I have worked with from Sales to Financing to the Service guys..have been a pleasure to work with. When I brought my alltrack in for my 45 day inspection, I had lost my wedding band in the car. We could not find it anywhere. I told the service center and they found my ring for me under the railing of the driver seat. I appreciated their help as, obviously, my wedding band is irreplaceable. I have and will continue to recommend Jim Ellis Volkswagen to any friend and family member who have asked!
