I ended up purchasing a VW Beetle for my daughter. Sales Gem and I had worked on a vehicle for about 4 weeks due to my challenging budget and requirements. I appreciate his patience and unlike the typical irritating "car salesmen" persona. He seem genuinely interested in me finding the right car for my daughter. It was refreshing to purchase a car in an environment that is relaxing and not overly aggressive. The staff was helpful, however, I was very disappointed in the finance manager that I had to complete the financial potion with (Kevin). He was rude to Gem in his instruction to him and very cold and short with me. If I had another option within my circumstances, I would have refuse that deal and took my business elsewhere (I am very much about principle). By no means do I expect him to treat me like royalty - especially purchasing a 5k car, but it took away from the overall experience. If I am to ever purchase a car from this location I will request not to have any interaction with him. I do appreciate the service Gem provided. He's a true professional in my opinion!

VW Alltrack wagon

At first I didn't think a deal could be made but the guys at Jim Ellis VW Kennesaw made it happen! I want to thank Steve the GM who got involved as well as Jose and Raul who helped with paperwork and delivery. Smooth transaction. Very happy And would recommend anyone looking for new or preowned to check them out. Great selection, clean and very nice dealership!

My wife and I were interested in an Alltrack. When I arrived at the dealership, Alex greeted me in the parking lot. He was very helpful when I mentioned the Alltrack. He was very knowledgeable and located an Alltrack within minutes. I told him I was on the dealership web site and found the Alltrack I was interested in. We sat down at his desk and found the car. In no time he had the car out front and asked me if I wanted a test drive. Alex was never pushy and hard sell and again was very knowledgeable and personable. I told Alex I would be back with my wife. He called me the next day to ask if I was still interested. Needless to say my wife and I were happy with the TOTAL car buying experience we had at Jim Ellis VW. Everyone was great and helpful. Bob Curry
