The Salesman, Larry is quite exceptional. Very courteous and friendly. I really loved his low pressure but highly effective style. The Finance Manager, Kevin could learn a thing or two from Larry. No courtesies extended, and he even refused to fill the gas tank of the car we just purchased. I had to do the 100-mile round trip to collect the temporary tag the next day because it "didn't print" when we bought the car. Overall a positive experience, thanks to Larry.

Quick and thorough service

First impression was good , after 10 min Raphael called me and said they could not do anything about my case !!! One day after there and I went to nalley Volkswagen and they said the car was ready already , they said the problem was cause by a factory problem. It for the bulb was installed !!! Thanks Jim Ellis to make me feel bad and talk to me like I was wrong

Helpful and courteous

I was having a minor electrical problem with my 2015 Passat (couldn't charge my cell phone in any of the outlets in the car) and came to the dealership without an appointment. They inspected the car (including the alignment), replaced the fuse and I was on my way in about 20 minutes.
