We purchased a 2017 VW Passat. We drove onto your lot in a 1998 Ford Ranger pickup. The group of salespeople who saw us had no clue that we fully intended to buy a car as we were doing a buy back with our diesel VW. We could tell that no one was really interested in helping us EXCEPT for a very young salesman named Clark and what a wonderful experience it turned out to be. Clark was very knowledgeable on all the functioning of the vehicles we looked at. He was patient and extremely courteous, he conducted himself very professionally plus he gave us a great deal. We have purchased a lot of cars in our lifetime and he is on the top of our list for favorite salesman:)

The salesman was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and very helpful. The management team was helpful. I did not research the extended warranty before the sale. There's was some misunderstanding with the extended warranty, which was entirely my fault. Overall buying the Passat at Jim Ellis VW was a good experience. The vehicle was a 2017 Passat SE w/ Technology.

It always takes a long time to get an oil change. The service team is not super attentive. My last two visits I've had to follow up after waiting for 2 hours in the waiting area. When I walk out front, my car was sitting there and the service tech wasn't helping anyone else. How long had my car been ready while I was wasting time in the waiting room?!

The staff in the service department was extremely friendly and helpful. This is the second VW Jetta that I have purchased from Jim Ellis and the entire staff have always been very courteous and helpful.
