Staff was friendly and the service was completed quickly. I did have to return to pickup my hub lock socket, which wasn't in the car after service. But that was quick and painless. Also, my service agent offered to drop it off with me.

The service staff were extremely courteous and efficient! I wasn't in and dropped of my car with in minutes. Rafael worked my car in on a Saturday and even had someone deliver it back to me at work, I work next door to Jim Ellis! The work was done better then my expectations and my car was rinsed off and vacuumed! All around a great experience! Will be back and will tell others.

2013 GTI. When purchased in 2014 we were told we would have 3 regularly scheduled oil changes. When we went to pick it up we were told that we were past the date deadline so we had to pay for the oil change. That's OK, now we are free to have it serviced elsewhere.

I was promptly greeted when I arrived at the dealership. I was then escorted to my service advisor. My salesman also came to the desk and greeted me, who knew I had an appointment. I was offered refreshments and escorted to a private waiting area. Service was prompt. I was warned of four hours and only took two. Jim Ellis VW is a testament to customer service. 2016 VW GTI purchased a year ago. Fantastic vehicle.
