I am always pleased with the service at this location. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. There is a volkswagen way closer to me, but i refuse to go there because these guys are awesome!

I always enjoy dealing with the service department, especially Stephanie Morris, and it appears the 100K maintenance service was well worth it. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the sales department. Approximately FEB 2016 I purchased a used 2010 Jetta in good shape but at such a high cost I'm now upside down in it for $2700.00. I came by the other night in hopes of trading it in for a used 2013 Jetta with 44K miles. Since I had been sold my 2010 Jetta at such a premium it precluded the trade-in/purchase of the 2013 Jetta, therefore I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership to purchase a vehicle nor would I consider making another purchase, I'm sorry to say.

I've worked with John Huber for several years, and he is an outstanding service advisor. We have a great working relationship. While at the dealership we also went on a test drive with Larry Fitzpatrick. He is professional and knowledgeable. When we need to purchase another vehicle, we will certainly consider working with him.

Fred Roberts was excellent to work with on the deal to purchase my Passat as was Matt in the F&I Department. Overall a very good experience. In addition the minor service done on the vehicle was well priced and done without issue.
