I was satisfied with all but car wash. I had a coupon for car wash upgrade. The backseat of the car and trunk were not vacuumed. The front area was not throughly cleaned. It was less clean than when I just get the regular complimentary car wash. An antenna was lying on the front passenger seat.

This experience was much better - maybe because the maintenance was included in the cost of the lease. Chad was very helpful. thanks

I brought car in for oil change. Everything was excellent. Oil change only took an hour and they cleaned out one of my day time driving bulbs and made it work again for no charge. However, I presented a 15% off coupon at the time I dropped off my car and I thought I was going to receive 15% off the bill. I did not notice when I paid but after I left I thought about and it did not look as though I receive a discount. The bill was $99.00. Other than that my experience was excellent

It is always a pleasure bringing my car in for service - I always know upfront what will be done, I have a pleasant place to wait, and the staff is unfailingly courteous. I have another dealership a 10 minute drive from me, but I choose to bring my car from Lawrenceville to Kennesaw for the quality of service I receive.

The waiting room is clean and filled with reading material and snacks, making the time fly. My service rep is always personable and explains everything to me clearly. He keeps me posted as I wait and lets me know what service will need to be done in the near future. A real professional!
