Really appreciated opportunity for extended test drive on my own. This helped me know the Mazda CX-5 used compact SUV and make a fully informed buying decision. Sales person and sales manager were very helpful.

No pressure - very professional

I paid 119.00 to have my oil changed in my Touareg and the next day my oil light came on and told me that my oil level was low and I needed to add 1 and 1/4 quarts of oil asap. I called the dealership and had to take the vehicle back in which was a huge inconvenience since I don't live close. They said it was just a glitch in the system and reset it and send me on my way. Didn't offer me anything for my trouble. Very disappointed in how they handled this.

I brought my 2014 VW in for an oil change and to have my sunroof looked at since it would not close properly. They have ordered new parts and will call when they arrive. Everyone was very helpful. I would recommend my VW location to anyone who appreciates exceptional customer service.
