Hi, I purchased a silver 2011 pre-owned certified VW Tiguan SE. It's gorgeous and I love it! Overall I had a great experience with everyone especially Curtis, Frank, and Alex. They were very patient, accommodating, and understanding. As a woman I really appreciated the low pressure environment and I felt respected at all times. Curtis especially worked with me to narrow down what I was really looking for in a car. He must be a good salesman because I went in there determined not to buy a VW and came out a proud owner of one. LOL. They were willing to work with me on the price and were not pushy at all. Last but not least they have a great ambience and waiting area for customers. Everything is clean, there's cold water and hot coffee and snacks available. Comfortable seating areas with TVs and nice bathroom (hey, when you're there two days in a row and several hours at a time, these things matter). I never used to like VW's because they require more maintenance and therefore seem more expensive to own. But it's kind of like an Apple/Mac product. Once you fall in love you're willing to overlook those minor flaws because you just enjoy using it so much. I've never liked a car so much! I actually want to accessorize it and maybe buy some swag from the store (at Jim Ellis). Thanks everyone at Jim Ellis. You've gained a life long customer!

My daughter went to the service shop after being hit in a minor accident. She was clueless of what to say/do and a little freaked out. She said the team there made her feel comfortable, checked everything out and even replaced a small piece that came loose at no charge. This far exceeded my expectations and is beyond appreciated from a mom who was worried about her child. Thank you so much!

Bryan, Todd, and Matt are all really good at their jobs. Buying my car at Jim Ellis was the best experience at a dealership I have ever had. It started before I even walked in the door with Todd answering questions for me and even sending me a video of the car. Bryan was friendly, professional, and helpful. Matt made filling out the paperwork a breeze and explained all of the options well without being pushy. Really great job all around.

You guys are great. The service is a little on the expensive side but the amenities make up for it. I can kick back, use the wifi go school work and have a coke. It's comfortable and you guys a generally pretty quick.
