It was a simple fix (a burnt out fuse) that was quickly replaced. They were very considerate of my time, courteous and professional.

I purchased a Volkswagen Beetle from Jim Ellis and that was one of the best car buying experiences. I then brought it back for service and they were great. After dropping off my car they got me to another appointment In plenty of time. They then promptly picked me up and had me back at the dealership in no time. The service they performed on my car was to my high standards. I was definitely impressed with Jim Ellis Volkswagen.
