Hi I want to update my experience of purchasing car in Jim Ellis Volkswagen Kennesaw. Raul is my seller. His service is good. He always answers my question immediately and patiently. Moreover, he will also help any problem related my car but not his responsibility. For instance, I do not know why your company cannot change the title for me, so I wait for almost 2 month but cannot get the tag/title of my car. He helps me to ask the title person, tells me the reason, and updates the process if there is any progress about changing my tag/title. Fortunately, I get the tag now.
