Brought my 2013 Passat in for 50K service; wervice personnel are always very attentive and thorough. I usually wait and work via the wireless in the waiting area which is a huge plus for me (i.e. keep that wireless connection technology current please!) Another 20-30K miles and I'll be in to trade. And... I appreciate the complimentary car wash. Another plus.

Order a part and it didn't fix it on a brand new car. Was supposed to hear back about scheduling an appointment to have it fixed and never heard back. When I called back they said they didn't have a courtesy car yet... So I guess il have to call back and figure out when I can take it in. Staff was friendly but I'm super unhappy with VW right now. My car is less than 45 days old.
