I took my 2016 Golf for its first oil change. The customer service was wonderful. The only draw back I had that day was after 2 and a half hours I had to call back to see what the status was about the oil change.

Sales person Nicole King was awesome. She listened to my needs and description for what I wanted in a used car. She did not pressure me to buy anything different. She always had my best interests in mind to make this a successful experience at Jim Ellis. lArea for improvement: While the finance person was very good and helpful, the paperwork was way too much. Need to streamline paperwork/process and get customers out of dealership sooner!!!!!

I first made contact by phone, which was incouraging. Then proceeded to a personal visit with the intention to purchase. I was impressed with the facility, the staff, sales rep.. It was a good experience. I purchased an Jetta which is my third. My first Jetta was 2006 then 2009. I was rewarded for staying in the family. I am well pleased with my purchase. Jim Ellis dealership is first class. They were extremely accommodating in answering all my questions on my vehicle to be serviced and offered to shuttle myself and my 91 year old Mom on a rainy day to a nearby restaurant and pick us up in an hour. Over the top customer care. Staff at Jim Ellis are very helpful.
