I understand that the finance department is required to attempt to sell extended warranties but a single "no thank you" should be all that is required to move on. I did have to decline the extended warranty several times before we were able to complete my purchase. The finance representative was very cordial and respectful during the process but I got the impression that he was under some pressure to sell me that warranty.

Gem was professional, courteous and not pushy making this experience pleasant and low stress. Overall,we felt the sales team was honest and transparent. There were a couple minor times when I had to ask them to be more direct, but nothing that impacted my overall impression. Great experience! And my husband loves his truck!

Service was timely and efficient

Unable to fix problem. Twice the car has been in for a leak. First time the sun roof was replaced. Second time the filters was cleaned. Neither solutions have fixed the problem - the car still leaks.

The service department was very good. The advisor was helpful and got me in and out quickly.

Jimmy cares very much about his customer. He listen very well and make good recommendations after evaluating the car. I would recommend to any of my friends that need services for VW. He is a remarkable person.
