By far the best VW dealership I've ever visited. Friendly staff, and nice facilities.

Our salesman, Raul Sanchez, was extremely helpful to us in the purchase of our 2017 Passat. He is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at and was always professional and courteous.

I had an added benefit in that I knew someone in management at your store, but it struck me that the people I said hello to and dealt with while there were some really good people that genuinely enjoyed assisting me while there as a customer. People like Steve and Matt and, by far, Larry Fitzpatrick, (his last name even stuck with me) were attentive and impressed me greatly with their ability to answer and handle any concern I had. I thought they made a real difference!

for the first time, I was not offered the shuttle. I was surprised.

Tracy was great and would find out the answer if she didn't know it. Car was well maintained. And financing was very professional and beat USAA percentage.

2014 CC: 40,00 mile Transmission service. Visiting family in area ... Prefer to use Jim Ellis VW over dealership at home in Washington, DC area.
