Awesome and courteous service

We have a 2017 Passat on lease through my work and the oil change was as promised about one hour and we were very satisfied. Very nice accommodations and the staff was friendly and courteous. It also was very nice to see that your sales persons were not pushy. They understood that we were in for service and did ask how we were. But, it did not feel like dealer visits I had been to before where the sales people would mob you as soon as you walked in the door from the service drive. Everyone was very friendly, but I wasn't given any idea of what to expect on price, and I was very surprised when it was time to checkout. It was also a pretty long wait.

I like Service there. Good reps / great rapport. I came in with a disgusting animal odor. The techs took the effort to play detective and find the source (in the wheel wells). I was just surprised they didn't take the extra step while the tires were off to clean out the source. So close to a grand slam, and they came up with a double.

My service experience was excellent. Everything was easy and we will definitely be back to service our vehicle again. It was also our first service of our vehicle as well. All the employees were so nice as well. Thank you.
