He listened to what I was looking for and offered advice, answered questions, suggested options, and made the experience of replacing my car a stress-free, pleasant experience. I was the owner of a 2009 Jetta TDI that was returned to VW with the recall. I loved the car and I was, frankly, angry with VW for the hassle that brought. I liked Ellis and the staff and the settlement specialists had been very helpful as we went through that process. We had purchased two automobiles from Ellis in Marietta so when, because I had loved my Jetta, I decided to look again at the All-Track, we made the drive to Kennesaw. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the added distance to Jim Ellis in Kennesaw to friends in the Vinings/Buckhead area and Larry Fitzgerald in particular.

We broke down passing through Atlanta at the beginning of a lengthy road trip. We were referred to this dealership by a Pep Boys a few exits down when they were unable to fix our problem. Staff was courteous and friendly, and super knowledgable.
