I bought a replacement battery for My VW CC about a year ago from Jim Ellis Kennesaw. It died in Florence, AL. I called the roadside assistance number in my owners manual for help. They said I had to tow the car to a VW dealer to get it replaced. I asked them for the nearest dealer and they gave me the number. I hired a tow truck to haul my CC to the dealer who changed the battery the next day. When I showed them my receipt, they said it would be covered under the battery warranty. When they finished, they said their system wouldn't accept the Jim Ellis invoice for the original battery warranty and I could return it to Jim Ellis to get a refund. When I returned I had my car serviced at Jim Ellis and told them the story. The service manager said he'd have to talk to VW corp. and would get back to me. Three weeks passed. No call. I called him back and he said they couldn't do anything about it. I love my car but I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO JIM ELLIS VW!

I came to the dealership, seeking why my car would not start, at times. They did the necessary diagnostics, I was told, everything was ok, they found no problems. This was last Wednesday, Jan 4, 2017. The staff was very helpful and professional, I appreciate the care and concerns they have for their customers. Today is Monday, Jan. 9, 2017, i went outside, got in my car, and it did not start. I was livid, I raised the hood, jiggled a few cords, not knowing what, then got back in my car, and tried it again, thankfully, it started. My point is, I need to know that my car is going to start, unless there is something that needs to be fixed, or overlooked, especially since the car is a 2014 VW Jetta, not an old car.
