Both Tracey and Gem were special They were very helpful as we went through the process of picking a replacement for our Jetta diesel. They always kept in touch, without the annoyance that other dealers display. Experience with latest service advisor excellent. However, on past visit I was told breaks needed replacement. 30k miles later, just had breaks cheked with 70% on pads. Always get second opinion before major work at this dealer !

Although they couldn't replicate the issue, they did check out the vehicle "twice". The service member was polite, courteous and willing to listen.
