Great experience. I was having a recurring problem with my Jetta, never repaired by Jim Ellis. Jim Ellis was very patient with me, explained everything, warned me of a diagnostic fee. In the end, they found no problem except a light bulb in use that was not recommended by VW. They charged me only for the replacement of the light bulb. Very honest.
