Service staff is always great. My problem this time was my daughter being stranded at her apartment over the Christmas weekend. She was told a couple of hours and it turned into five days without a car. Holiday or not the communication was not what I expected.

Went in for oil change and had a check engine light come on ... they told me it was a major repair something I found out was common on these VW with same engines .. cam shaft and follower and high pressure oil pump wear out due to bad design and then your left with a $2000+ bill the service rep told me he couldn't give me a time frame for when it would die or stop running he just suggested I don't drive it if at all possible . When I received the car back it had a second dash light on EPC electronic power control light and now it barely runs and can't get up over 45 /50 miles per hour it also smells like gasoline and it seems very dangerous .. I have already called the GM Steve Rotenstein and left a VM I'm looking for some help. I have been a loyal customer for years and so has my Girlfriend we both have VW' s and I'm just very dissapointed with this experience so far .

The sales men and the overall atmosphere of the dealership was top motch. Kevin in Fianance I believe can use some interpersonal skills training. My down payment was mainly on my credit card but they ran it for $500 instead of $2500. I noticed this and called back. I then had to go back the next day as they had to have the card to run it again. I had to wait 30 minutes to an hour for this to happen. I was thanked and left. I really thought that something extra should have been offered for my inconvenience. That would have been striving for excellence.
